Søndag aften blev der i Los Angeles uddelt Teen Choice Award, og det var ikke de helt store overraskelser der prægede aftens store uddeling. Således var der både priser til Harry Potter, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner og Hangover præcis som det skal være når de priser uddeles.
Prisen for årets Sci-fi/fantasy film gik fil Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1, mens Fast Five fik prisen for bedste action film, endelig fik den nyeste Harry Potter film prisen for årets bedste sommerfilm.
Blnadt skuespillerne var der blandt andet priser til Taylor Lautner for bedste mandlige skuespiller i en sci-fi/fantasy film for Twilight Saga; Eclipse, mens Robert Pattinson fik en for bedste skuespiller i et drama for Water for Elephants. Justin Timberlake fik en for bedste skuespiller i en komedie for Bad Teacher, selvom hans rolle ikke var overvældende stor.
